I came across this article in Time. Never knew alochol could look this pretty close up!

The images are made by crystallizing the drink on a lab slide, then passing a polarized light through the crystal.

As much as i love you, whiskey, the most out of all the alcoholic drinks above (or maybe on par with rosé), you look like coffee beans and aren't as pretty as the rest. Maybe that's why you're meant to be a guys drink? All the girly drinks seem to look pretty under a microscope (:
