On another note, I am stressing out about my trip to Istanbul at the moment. I'm leaving on Friday and it's the first time i'm actually going to be on my own for a couple of days, and i'm not going to know anyone at all during the conference. Usually that's fine but for some reason, thinking about everything is sending me into fits of anxiety attacks. HELP!
