Time to learn new skills!
While we're still on this whole new year resolution thing (i assume everyone has the month of Jan to think about their new year resolutions), came across this interesting article:

i. Get started with investing in stocks.
Investopedia has a ton of online resources, including this free stocks basics course.
For the new house:
ii. Clean your house in a short amount of time.

Yale University has its Intro to Psychology lectures
As you can tell, i am quite ambitious but i've got a whole year. That equates to embarking on a new one once every 2 months or so. Quite doable no?
Okay, perhaps i shall prioritise the first 3 and see how it goes - baby steps.
